Welcome to Frank Schmitt !
2011-11-02 — We are proud to welcome among our team a new member, mister Frank Schmitt.
Frank worked as an international civil servant for the United Nations from 2003 to 2011 where he served as FAOSTAT Manager. He has a significant international experience in complex environments and is able to identify organizational issues and to propose efficient and original solutions. He has a results oriented approach that involves consensus and trust building.
Frank has delivered major complex projects for the United Nations. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Montpellier where he also worked as research associate and lecturer and published a good number of scientific articles. He is also at ease with the provincial civil service as he worked for 10 years at the SAAQ (Quebec Motor Vehicle Board). Our new colleague feels that he is back home.
I am convinced that you will appreciate discussing and working with him. As a concluding statement I would wish him challenges that live up to his expectations and being happy in our team!
