This year (2011) Multiforce achieved its best growth rate ever, leading to an increased presence in the Quebec City marketplace. The firm has won major strategic consulting contracts in Quebec City as well as in Montreal (INRS, INSPQ, MRNF, Foncier Québec, RAMQ, Services Québec, CSPQ, Protectron and others).
One of our major clients is the CSPQ with a 2.9 M$ contract over a three year time span. At the « Direction générale de portefeuille famille et services applicatifs (DGPFSS) » and the « Direction générale de portefeuille travail et affaires municipales (DGPTAM) », Multiforce will realize strategic interventions (governance, business processes and strategic planning). While most of the work will be realised in Quebec City, the rest will be done in Montreal.
