The growth continue at Multiforce

For the past few months, Multiforce has achieved quite an expansion within it’s sphere of activities. Recently, Multiforce, known for it’s objectivity and know how, has obtained over 8 M$ in new mandates for the Quebec government as well as the private sector in the Quebec region.
At the ministere des resources naturelles et de la faune :
An important project alongside the ministere des resources naturelles et de la faune (MRNF) for the “professional services with strategic partnership and management and control partnership within the workings of different mandates”.
This project targets the area of professional support and administrative services and the management support services which will sustain the administrative units of Foncier Quebec within their tasks.
Multiforce’s intervention will principally be as follows :
The realization and coordination of strategic task forces for the Bureau of the associate sous-ministre and the management support in the realization of interventions with the Direction de l’integration et de l’innovation.
The support for contractual and budget control management will be with the Direction des technologies de la Direction generale de la clientele and business technologies
The support in realization activities at direction des systemes Direction generale de la clientele et des technologies
Workings within the strategic consulting and support management in realization activities to the Direction generale de l’arpentage et du cadastre. (Surveying)
At the Societe de l’assurance automobile du Quebec :
Alongside the Societe de l’assurance automobile du Quebec (SAAQ) Multiforce will ensure the progression and the up keeping of business processes and of VPDGFA systems.. The SAAQ will entrust Multiforce diverse mandates pertaining to project management, process optimization, architectural organizational conceptions, change management, the design of educational aids as well as piloting systems.
Additionally, Multiforce fulfills many new interventions at CSPQ, at Conseil du Tresor, at the ministere de l’Emploi et de la Solidarite sociale and at Hydro-Quebec.
