Marc Veilleux has over fourteen years of experience in the fields of Management and of Information Technologies. In addition to managing the company’s activities, he serves as Strategic Consultant and as Representative in many of our projects. In this latter capacity, he is responsible for maintaining a permanent contact with clients and business partners throughout mandates, as well as for ensuring the quality of Multiforce’s interventions.

He is responsible for taking care of the contractual aspects with clients and for ensuring an assessment of client satisfaction at various stages of the mandate’s progress. 

He holds an MBA with an Information Systems Specialisation (1997), and this training complements his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (1995).

His knowledge and experience regarding the organisational and managerial aspects of information technology projects (personnel management, organisational factors in the implementation of systems, IT services outsourcing, re-engineering of organisational processes, e-business, decision support system, management dashboards, etc.) are all important areas he has been involved in during the various mandates he has executed in a variety of contexts.



In addition to his expertise in the field of Management, Marc Veilleux has also prized experience in Business Intelligence and in Knowledge Management. He developed, for a client, a Business Intelligence Cell Implementation Methodology based on expertise and software using Internet technology. This led him to assist several clients in the implementation of Intelligence Processes within their own organisations. Furthermore, he assisted several organisations with the implementation of processes and technologies to aid in Knowledge Management.



As regards New Information and Communications Technologies (NICT), he participated in several Feasibility Studies, Preliminary Analyses and Business Cases related to intranets and portals for various private and public organisations in addition to participating in Strategic Projects regarding the development of Management Indicators and of Strategies for the deployment of Management Dashboards.

Over the last 3 years, he has contributed to large-scale projects involving the implementation of Customer Relations and Electronic Service Delivery Management Systems.

In addition, he teaches at the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Quebec in Rimouski (Lévis campus), giving undergraduate classes in the field of Organisational Information Systems (Management Dashboards, Information Technology, IT Management, e-Business, etc.).



Acknowledged as a man of solutions, he seeks to provide clients with guidance towards an objective understanding of their own situation and to propose the most appropriate solutions accounting for organisational specificities. He particularly sets himself apart with his commitment to achieving growth for his client organisations and for the individuals they encompass through the experience of successful projects.
