Managing Director of Service Delivery

Jean-Philippe Beausoleil has been active for over 13 years in the IT and Management sectors. As Managing Director of Service Delivery, he is responsible for recruiting and managing our team of consultants. Furthermore, Jean-Philippe Beausoleil also serves as Business Architect, as Management Consultant and as Project Coordinator. Jean-Philippe Beausoleil holds a Master’s degree in Information Technologies from the Montreal École des Hautes Études commerciales (HEC) granted in 2002 as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Laval University granted in 1996.

As indicated in his professional record, Jean-Philippe Beausoleil served as Assistant to the Director of Professional Services of the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis. One of his main responsibilities was to fulfil various administrative and clinical mandates entrusted to him by the Director of Professional Services. Jean-Philippe Beausoleil has, namely, participated in the execution of several mandates including the implementation of digital patient records, the transferral of the activities of the Paul-Gilbert Healthcare Centre as well as in mandates involving the centralisation of stretcher services and the implementation of an automated management system for the transportation of hospital users. He was also required to support and advise the Directors of the Medical Imaging Department, of the Nuclear Medicine Department, of Laboratory Services and of the Pharmacy in the management and execution of their specific projects.
Furthermore, Jean-Philippe Beausoleil participated in several large-scale projects regarding the optimisation and review of business processes and workflows, to the benefit of both public and private sector organisations. He also contributed to the drafting of several high-level studies and analyses (feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, opportunity study, business case, etc.).
In addition to this, Jean-Philippe Beausoleil has also held the positions of Project Coordinator and of Project Manager during several interventions. He also participated in the implementation and deployment of the clicSÉQUR – Entreprises government authentication solution. In this capacity, he presided over the Coordination Committee which encompassed all partners involved in the project (the Ministère des Services gouvernementaux, Revenu Québec and Services Québec) and was responsible for ensuring business development as regarded all ministries and organisations of the Quebec Civil Service.
Throughout these achievements, Jean-Philippe Beausoleil would set himself apart by his analytical capabilities and by his alertness to client needs, qualities which enabled him to skilfully identify and respond to the needs expressed by his clients. Jean-Philippe Beausoleil is also highly appreciated for his leadership skills and his capacity to bring people together.
