Mission
The Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage was established in 1990 by the Government of Quebec. The Minister responsible for executing the incorporating Act of the Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage (An Act respecting the Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage, R.S.Q., chapter S-22.01) is the Quebec Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks. This Act specifies the mission and mandates of the Société, also known as RECYC-QUÉBEC.

Mandate
RECYC-QUÉBEC’s mandate, as stated in its incorporating act, is the following:
"The objects of the Société are to promote, develop and foster the reduction, re-use, recovery and recycling of containers, packaging, materials or products and their valorization with a view to conserving resources. (…) The Société may make an agreement with any person, municipality, partnership or body within the scope of its objects".

Multiforce has made a commitment to take concrete measures to fight against climate change by reducing our emission of greenhouse gases (GHG).
Why take on the Défi Climat challenge?
The BioForce team applies the same approach in this project as the one used in our mandates. Beyond reaching a goal, it’s about surpassing it!

For a second year, Multiforce has become involved with the Pignon Bleu organisation. The Pignon Bleu – A home in which to grow is a multiservice community organization which services children, families and individuals without jobs in the city of Quebec.
Founded in 1991 out of necessity in the quest to battle hunger in elementary school aged children from underprivileged backgrounds from Quebec. The organization has developed throughout the years an ensemble of services which target food security within families, the social-educational development of children and that of the parents as well and work reintegration of jobless individuals.
The people of Multiforce contribute to the Christmas baskets. We also collect non perishable items, clothing and monetary donations so that each may have a great Christmas!
