- Essential – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in Business Administration
- Essential – Over 10 years of experience in the IT sector
- Essential – Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Important – Experience with implementing significant changes within organisations
- Important – Experience in managing projects of a scope of over 1000 person-days
Technical expertise
- Essential – Knowledge of the DMR Macroscope methodology
- Essential – Knowledge of MS Project
- Essential – Experience in a government or in a large-scale organisation setting
- Asset – PMP certification
- Important – Knowledgeable with a Change Management methodology
